BUNNYSHOPWARRANTY

Our warranty covers all factory defects within the warranty period. Bunnyshop reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of this warranty without prior notice.

1.  Warranty Period

All of our products are covered by a 1 month warranty from the date of purchase only Buddy Gen 2 is covered by a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. Registration is required to activate the warranty. You may find the warranty registration form below. Non-registered purchases will not be covered under warranty. 

Our warranty covers all the purchases that have been done through retail stores, distributors and also in our official store.

If the product is purchased during a promotion campaign, the product will be covered for 30 days only.

The warranty period starts from the date you purchase the product. Your original purchase invoice (sales receipt or order confirmation e-mail), showing the date of purchase and product description, is your proof of the date of purchase.

2.  Warranty Claim Procedures

Registration is needed. Please proceed to fill up the warranty registration form below. Please keep your original purchase invoice (sales receipt or order confirmation e-mail). If the product was received as a gift, you would still need to register for warranty and keep a copy of the original purchase invoice.  

(a) How to Make a Warranty Claim

You may make a warranty claim within the warranty period by dropping us an email at [email protected] or via the Contact Us page on our website. 

You will not be entitled to a warranty claim if your product or defect falls under one of the exclusions under “Section 3 – Warranty Exclusions and Limitations” of this warranty.

For customers who are staying in Singapore, you may choose to bring in your faulty product to our service centre or via courier for our team to run the diagnosis. Drop us an email at [email protected] and our support team will advise on how to book an appointment with us.

3.  Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

Both product accessories and any product from which the serial number has been removed are not covered by this warranty. Additionally, none of the following are covered by this warranty; however, your watch may be qualified for fee-based, out-of-warranty service.

  • Accidental user damage (eg. drops or physical screen crack breakage, water intrusion, water spills, etc)
  • Cosmetic damage (eg. scratches, dents, knocks, scuffs, scrapes, chips, etc)
  • Normal wear and tear (eg. battery aging, battery damage due to incorrect charging, aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and aging, alteration of the colour on the wristband, broken straps, etc)
