1. Estimated Shipping Time

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Your order items will be shipped out from our HQ Warehouse located in Singapore. We usually ship through J&T Shipping Services and all of our shipping fees are based on J&T Shipping Rates.

Please allow additional time for processing during major sales and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way to you. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. Regular post ranges from 1 to 3 working days depending on the shipping address.

2. Global Shipping

Bunnyshop customers live all across the globe, so we can ship our products to every nook and corner of the world.

3. Remote Area Surcharge

A remote area surcharge is an additional fee applied by couriers for shipments made to and from locations that the courier deems to be in remote areas. Couriers will consider a location to be remote if it is far from their regular pick up or delivery path. This means that if the courier does not have a depot near the pickup or delivery address your shipment may be subject to a remote area surcharge.

If there is an order from remote areas, we will reach out to customers and let them know of the extra remote area surcharge that should be borne by the customer. If this situation causes inconvenience for customers, the customer may drop an email at [email protected] and discuss with our team and we can provide a better solution.

4. Duty Import Tax

Extra duties and taxes may apply to all regions except Singapore & United Kingdom (UK). Singapore will be imposed a Good & Services Tax (GST). Bunnyshop will not be responsible for customs, VAT and duties charged to a customer. If you’d like to find out more please email at  [email protected].

5. Free Shipping Promotion

Bunnyshop offers FREE SHIPPING for every order with a minimum order value of S$150 to selected countries. Minimum order values may change during promotional campaigns. Otherwise, the shipping fee is fixed at $4.50 for each purchase in Singapore.
