1. Which are the supported telco in Singapore for the watch? 

All telco in Singapore are supporting, including Starhub, M1, SingTel, Circles Life, MyRepublic, Giga, Gomo, Vivify, Zero1, RedOne, SIMBA, TPG and more.

2. Can the watch be used overseas? Does it support overseas local sim-card?

Yes and yes! Our watch can be used globally.

3. Does the watch support roaming?

Yes!

4. What type of telco plan is supported for the watch? 

Prepaid, Sim only, Monthly Plan; all types are supported!!

5. Can the watch be used without a sim-card?

Yes, but not recommended. To fully utilize all the functions available on our watch, we recommend getting a sim-card with both data and talk-time. This way you will be able to make and receive cellular voice call, and have internet on-the-go!

6. What is the sim-card size for the watch?

Nano sim.

7. Can Whatsapp be used without a sim-card?

No, as every Whatsapp account is tied to a mobile number. In order to use Whatsapp on our watch, you will first be prompted to key in your mobile number at the registration page. Hence, a sim-card with a mobile number is required.

Yes! Our watch is in sync with Google Maps, one of the most accurate maps and GPS tracking available in the market. 

2. What are the GPS features available on the watch?

Current positioning, Route history, Steps taken, Electronic fence (set a safe area boundary beyond which an alert will be sent to your phone to notify you that your child has gone out of the safe area).

1. How do I bind my child’s watch to my phone? 

Download our parent monitoring app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store onto your phone, then key in the unique ID Code of your child’s watch into the app. After binding, you will be able to monitor your child’s watch usage and track their GPS location from your phone.

2. Is there classroom mode? 

Yes! You can set the time period to activate the classroom mode (Eg. Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm). When classroom mode is activated, our watch will become a digital watch, displaying only the time, and your child will have no access to other smart features of the watch to prevent distraction.

3. Is the watch waterproof?

It is not water resistant, only splash proof. No digital product is completely water resistant, there is still the risk of a short circuit which makes it dangerous for children. Hence, even for other brands that claim their watch is water resistant, please do not make contact with water for children’s safety.

4. How long does the battery last? 

Idle time is 2 to 4 days. Actual duration will depend on the intensity of usage. We recommend charging your watch every night before bedtime, similar to how you would do so for your mobile phone.
